Sineyda is simply amazing at what she does! She changed my life, my vision on fitness and inspired me to be confident in who I am. I met Sineyda at Eastern Illinois University my junior year as she was a graduate student working in our recreational fitness center. At the time, I was heavily overweight and lacking confidence in the ability to see results because at 250 lbs, it seemed hopeless. Sineyda approached me in the gym and said she wanted to work with me to introduce me to new workouts as I had only been doing cardio on an elliptical every time I came. Taken back by this random act of kindness, I could not turn down the offer and it was an amazing journey from there. She influenced me to attend fitness classes, change my eating habits and most importantly, educated me on why all of these changes were beneficial to my health. Once we got more comfortable into working out overall, she implemented strength training into our routine at least 3 times a week. Words can't explain the dedication and passion she has for fitness and the people she works with. In the course of the school year, I went down from 252 lbs to 197 lbs and I could not have accomplished any of it without Sineyda. She worked with me five days a week, pushed me beyond my limits and showed me that I could hit that weight goal! It was amazing to see the changes I had achieved in the course of a year as I felt healthier, happier and more confident than I had ever been before. Sineyda still works with me today and is always offering new fitness tips I can utilize to achieve my current fitness goals. I am so grateful for the experiences I have had with her as she has not only become the best fitness trainer I had the opportunity to work with, but also one of my dearest friends. I recommend Sineyda to anyone interested in who is working toward a healthier lifestyle as she will go above and beyond to help you reach your fitness goals!
