I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a certified Tae Bo® Fitness Instructor and have been involved in the health and fitness industry for over fourteen years. I train at Equinox gym in Irvine, CA and In Home/Outside personal training near Huntington Beach. I love what I do and am passionate about helping others. Workout Philosophy: With all of the training and experience I have, I know what it takes to push above and beyond to get results and will work with my clients to achieve the same. Sessions are based on each person’s specific goals, whether it is weight loss, muscle building, core strength, and/or flexibility and will be different each time using weights and cardio bursts to burn calories, maximizing the workout and results, along with stretching/flexibility and core strength. Working out and eating healthy is not just a program, it’s a lifestyle. Since I train with Billy, I enjoy boxing and can incorporate that into sessions for those interested in hitting punch mitts and/or punching bag, which is a great cardio/core workout.     When I began training with Shoshanna I was truly at a loss. I've worked out for years mostly doing cardio thinking that was the way to lose weight. I saw no results, I ended up gaining weight.

    My first PT session got me hooked on weight training. 30 minutes with Shoshanna and you get the job done. She encourages you to do better with every session and educates you so you get results. Trust me, you will get results. She is also very creative with her workouts, you never get bored. You will look forward to every workout.

    As I said, I was at a loss, ready to give up and very down on myself. I didn't feel comfortable in the way I looked or felt. As of today, I am so much happier and confident in the way I look and feel (my husband is too). I see the work I'm putting in, the compliments I'm receiving and how different my clothes fit. It's very motivating.

    Shoshanna started me on this journey and I can't thank her enough. She has pushed me, encouraged me and kept me on track.

    I began training with Shoshanna to help me shed the last 10 - 15 pounds of "baby weight" I had put on during pregnancy.

    I noticed my body changing after our very first session and continue to see & feel improvements with every workout.

    Shoshanna tracks your weight and measurements - after 2 months of training with her I am down 14 inches overall (from arms, stomach, thighs, hips, etc.) - WOW what a difference our training sessions have made!
