I have been involved in fitness for over 30 years and have worked in many aspects of the industry including personal training, group fitness, sales, management, education, marketing, etc. I have worked with World Instructor Training Schools as a course instructor training new personal trainers since 1998. I'm also teaching fitness related courses at New River Community and Technical College. I haven't lived Southern West Virginia too long and I'm currently seeking clients. I love to help people reach their health and fitness goals and have a lot of experience working with all kinds of clients.
