I am certified personal trainer, obstacle and Spartan race Coach, physique and bodybuilding coach, strength and conditioning coach for the Carlsbad Lady Lancers, specialist in performance nutrition, winning NPC Figure Athlete, Les Mills group fitness trainer, TRX and P90X coach and a lifelong study of nutrition and physical fitness. My entire life has been filled with challenge and competition on and off the field. At five years old I started my dance career and began teaching ballet when I was 15. My love for coaching and inspiring people to be their best grew from there and led me to become an aerobics instructor and weight coach at 18. My classes were always filled and folks were constantly asking for more time and more information on how they could have more energy, get a tighter waistline, build bigger muscles, feel amazing and DO MORE! It was at that point I realized that I simply must use my gift of motivating and inspiring to make a difference in people's lives. I believe that we CAN DO anything we set our minds to.

    I signed up for Sherry's program in May of 2009 and lost 35 lbs. in 5 months. It has been almost 4 years and I have managed to keep my weight off. I learned that any one can lose weight, but keeping it off is the key to real success. I learned that this can only be done by NOT dieting, but by adopting a permanent life style change in what you eat, how much you eat and when you eat.

    I am 58 years old and was not a young woman when I started her program. I say this because when people tell you that it's impossible to lose weight in your 40's or 50's and keep it off, it is a lot of bunk! Her program is NOT a quick fix, and can work for every one.

    If you follow her program, and commit to it, you WILL lose the weight and keep it off.

    Sherry personally tailored the exercise to my ability and I have referred her to every member of my family for help in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
