Well, I am very passionate about helping others find their happy self. I have a gym in my home or can travel to you! My training skills require a health lifestyle change to eat a clean daily diet and includes a workout daily as well. The three legged stool is nutrition, strength training & stretch and flexibility. The top is nutrition, I love helping seniors and those who choose to not attend a gym!!!
