Sheila Davis

Born in Chicago, Sheila began teaching after moving to New York in 1990. Her experience as an actress, model and executive administrator made the transition from corporate America to the Fitness Industry smooth and auspicious. She has taught a wide range of classes including, Low Impact; Funk; Latin Dance; Boxing Conditioning; Body Sculpting; Spinning; Fitness Yoga; and her favorite fat-burner, Jump & Pump. She enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals through her personal training and Boot Camp classes. Sheila moved to Europe in 1999 where she worked as a Fitness Instructor and Consultant in Germany; Italy; France; and Amsterdam. She moved back to the States in 2002 where she won First Place at the ABA/INBA Natural Figure Competition in 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
