    I have been training with Shawn for a year now and the difference I can see in myself is incredible! He has trained, encouraged, supported, and taught me so much in this small amount of time and has made me want to live a healthier life. I've tried getting in shape so many times before and always fell short... until I started training with Shawn. He truly is the best of the best!

    Shawn Martinez is a fantastic trainer because he looks at me as a whole person, not just a set of muscles that need a standard set of exercises. He considers my strengths, my limitations, my moods, my nutrition -- my overall well-being. He has helped me with strength, cardiovascular stamina, flexibility, and balance. And he will listen when I just need to ramble about my day while working out. He really is talented.

    I have been working with Shawn as my personal trainer for at least 9 months. He is extremely supportive and knows exactly where your abilities are and how much to push you. He supports you in every area of your fitness goals including nutrition. He is the best personal trainer I have every had!!!
