    Shay has been working with me twice a week for most of this past year. I like the variety of workouts which she plans. I also feel that she is extremely knowledgeable and well informed. While she varies the exercises I do and the equipment I use, she explains to me what each is doing to help me. I feel that one of her many strengths are her people skills and her ability to encourage me to work harder. Even when I come to a session feeling discouraged, Shay always is encouraging and upbeat and I know I have gained strength and stamina since working out with Shay.

    I am just coming off of a shoulder/muscle injury and it is NOT fun! Under Shay's tutelage, she has encouraged me that it is okay to slow-down, rest the shoulder and then to start back cautiously. She has been introducing new movements and heavier weight each session so as not to risk reinjury but rather to make it stronger. Her rehabilitation skills are just as strong as her other training areas. DEFINATELY a well rounded trainer! Thanks Shay!

    Shay has been working with my wife Iris and I for the last 7 months she is a Fantastic trainer ! She has a true passion for what she does and it is contagious ! We have learned a great deal and she pushes us to a degree where it seems she knows exactly where our limit exists ! She is someone I would advise anyone to work with that truly seeks results ! FYI you will be glad you did she is a Great Lady !

    I have been working out with Shay for 16 months. My primary goal was to maximize my eye hand and maintain my overall strength to compete with the NSCA United States Sporting Clays Shooting Team. I have come to count on her in preforming at a higher energy and focus level on my daily activities. She is motivational but not pushy. Makes me go to and just past my limits but not beyond. My overall core strength, cardio and eye hand has never been better. Workouts are varied and never boring while considering upper and lower body. She has a wonderful appreciation of my weaknesses and how to work on those areas so I no longer call them weaknesses.

    Shay has been helping me for about 6 months. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. Her approach is motivating; I feel stronger and can tell a difference. One of the best things is that she has built my know-how. Most everything we do, I can do at home on my own with little equipment.
