    I was inspired by you from the day I googled "personal trainer near Livingston", read your story and knew I had to meet you. And you continue to inspire me every day. How, you ask? When you trained me a few years ago, you didn't just help me physically. You helped me emotionally more than anything. You always had a positive attitude even after all the "stuff" you went through and you taught me to look for the silver lining in every situation. At the time, I struggled with how to mourn the loss of my mom dying at 61 years old and also the loss of my marriage and thought I will never see the light at the end of the tunnel. But even after I moved too far away to continue training with you, I always kept your positive mantras in the back of my head. And almost 5 years later, I see the light- I am studying to be a health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have gotten very involved with the Jewish Federation and might go on a mission next year to Israel, I volunteer at both my children's schools, I am helping other women through tough times and most of all I am in an emotionally good place. I have amazing friends all around me and keep busy and when there are rough times, I keep my head high and know that this too shall pass. I truly believe that I owe you the biggest thank you for your positive influence over the past few years which ultimately led me on a successful emotional journey.

    In a million years, I never thought I'd need or use a personal trainer. I had always believed that there is nothing that can be taught to me that I don't already know. As it turned out, I was very wrong! Shari-Beth has a way of getting into my head and making me think about things in a different way than ever before. I am so much more aware of what I do, how I do them and what I eat!

    I couldn't recommend any trainer more than I do Shari-Beth!

    Shari-Beth has helped both me and my husband. She is always motivating and supporting us with different ideas to fit our schedules. The workouts are always different and Shari-Beth is so easy to talk to about anything! Not only are the sessions great for our bodies but helps the mind immensely! We love Shari-Beth and how she has changed our thinking!

    Shari-Beth has been a life saver for me. Not only does she give me an amazing workout but works with me to figure out different ways to lead a healthier life all within my means. She has a host of ideas and modifications to accommodate my lifestlye. She is never judgemental, just.... supportive, helpful and motivating. Did I mention what a great workout you get on top of all these other perks.

    Shari-Beth has helped both me and my daughter. I have lots of age related issues, and she is always mindful of them and manages to give me a full body workout each time by modifying the exercises. She is the best!
