I am a personal trainer in Dallas, TX with a focus in the Health and Wellness industry. My passion is creating and reinforcing healthy movement patterns established through corrective exercise and core strength. I achieve this by using precise and specific movements that create deep neuromuscular connections. My goal is to have clients experience how exercise is a movement science with all parts of the body working in tandem as opposed to a single muscular action. Students leave feeling energized yet fully aware that specific muscles and groups of muscles have been activated and strengthened.
My style reflects a balance of resistance training, Pilates, and core stabilization which improves and enhances your daily movements by making them easier, more fluid and stronger.

I have taken fitness classes from Scott for several years. Scott is a very knowledgeable and competent personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Scott bring a wide range of knowledge to his teaching and personal training and he brings a wonderful energy and positive can do attitude that he caters individually to each and every client/student. Scott’s background in fitness is impressive. He has the right professional and personal touch to impart his knowledge and he will make you achieve your fitness goals. I cannot say enough about Scott he is one of the very best!
