I am a certified cycling instructor, personal trainer, TRX and Tabata Bootcamp Master Trainer instructor juggling my day job as a marketing director in Tallahassee with early mornings, evenings and weekends fueling my passion for fitness. I look forward each day to challenging my students and training clients to new levels of fitness and health. I believe the body is an amazing temple capable of great feats. Inside every person, no matter how young or old, how fit or out of shape, is a fit, happy Badass. I work every day to help clients and students unleash their inner Badass!

    Shannon and her Badass Bootcamps and TRX Workouts have resparked my workout spirit. I battle what can potentially be a debilitating illness and staying active is important to reducing the progression. With Shannon, you can work at your own level while also having more advanced alternatives to challenge yourself when your body allows. Want to challenge your mind and resolve to get back into a healthy way of living, then get up and move with Shannon. She'll put the "Badass" back in your step!

    Shannon isn't pushing a diet, she's advocating for health and fitness. She won't talk about a number of pounds to lose, she'll talk about reducing your risk of cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Along the way, the pounds and inches do melt off- but more importantly, you sleep better, you feel better, and you eat better. Your waistline and your blood work are better for it.

    I have participated in Shannon's spin classes, boot camp sessions, and TRX training. She is easily one of my true favorites in this town. She can make adjustments for varying levels of fitness among students in a single class - so that no one feels inept and everyone feels challenged. She also has a commitment to giving back in the community and backs it all up with consistently sharing stories, advice, and nutrition feedback via her awesome blog. I think she rocks, and I have seen her encourage little kids (and underprivileged teens) to start getting fit NOW - make it a habit. She's phenomenal!

    I cannot say enough great things about Shannon. When I started training with her, I was defeated by my current workout regimen - putting in the hours but seeing none of the results. Shannon taught me that working out cannot only be fun, it can be rewarding - whether it's another pound lost, another mile run, more weight lifted or a smaller split time. With Shannon, no workout is ever the same. She has taught me how to set realistic goals and not only accomplish them, but also surpass them. She is a constant motivator, host of fitness knowledge and is always willing to give advice. As I approach my six month working out with her, I am not only in the best shape I have ever been, but I am also more confident, healthy, and most importantly, happy. I have been truly blessed to have her support and encouragement, and I look forward to seeing what new goals I can accomplish with her as my guide.
