Shanna Kalman has been active in the fitness industry for over 25 years. With a degree in Biodynamics from California State University Sacramento and numerous certifications in group fitness, personal training, nutrition and weight management, Shanna brings knowledge, experience, creativity and enthusiasm to her clients.
As a personal trainer, Shanna has worked with a variety of individuals over the years including those with arthritis, hypertension, obesity, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia and dementia as well as those in good health. Shanna loves helping others improve their health through exercise instruction, nutritional modification, and stress management.
