Shane Weinischke is a native of South Georgia and North Florida who began studying the martial arts in 1991 at the age of 7. Weinischke made his Professional Mixed Martial Arts debut in 2006. Weinischke has fought against world class competitors in Alabama, Louisiana, Georgia, and Florida. Among other promotions, Shane has had victory in the RFC: Real Fighting Championship - Florida's largest and longest running MMA promotions. Later on earning a Nova Uniao blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Richard "Cleat" Crunkilton, UFC and WEC veteran. Shane decided to open his own gym - World Triumph Martial Arts(www.WTMA.info) - to give amateur athletes the training and experience crucial to them before entering the pro arena. Shane teaches Freestyle American Mixed Martial Arts. He seeks to initiate a program for underprivileged youth, to keep them off the street and out of trouble.
