    Shane is a great trainer. He encourages, motivates and is patient. I'm no spring chicken. He's helped me gain back the two things I needed to achieve-strength and endurance. He makes workouts fun.

    Shane is an awesome trainer. Very focused and motivational even when it's 6 am on a Monday morning. He's there to help you reach your goal. In several months of training I saw my strength increase, loss of body fat, and increased endurance in workouts. Was very happy to have him as a trainer.

    Shane has been a tremendous help in getting rid of pain in my upper shoulders and neck. I was surprised at how gentle the workouts have been and that the results are holistic and far reaching to my better health!
    I agree with the comments here about his ability to motivate and fit your needs. Also, that he is fun to work with and his advise is excellent.

    If you're looking for an outstanding trainer then look no further than Shane. Any trainer can help you get in shape but Shane has a philosophy to get you healthy while making sure you reach your desired fitness goals. No matter your body shape or level of fitness Shane has something for you. I couldn't be happier with the results I've had since working with Shane!!

    Shane is very knowledgeable. I would never do these exercises on my own. His approach is very efficient. Just a simple 30-minute session, but you can really feel the impact afterwards. Great trainer!
