    I’m a woman in my 50’s who has been with Sara for two years taking various fitness classes (HIIT, TRX, Be Fit) and have been personal training with her for almost a year.

    Sara doesn’t focus on your weight loss journey alone, but instead works to increase strength, cardio health, and core. Classes can include EMOMs, Tabata, HIIT, and circuit training. She mixes things up constantly which keeps us interested and moving and works all body areas. She is so enthusiastic, really knows her clients, and we’re always able to enjoy a few laughs during class.

    In our personal training sessions, Sara guides me, but also listens to my needs or wants. We’ve worked on ankle mobility, strengthening the core and lower back to prevent soreness, improving balance, and exercises to work through a shoulder injury and much more. We’ve talked about nutrition and reviewed my food tracking – Sara also helped me determine my daily calorie intake based on my weight loss goals at that time.

    Most of all, working with Sara has convinced me that fitness is more important than what’s on the scale. She wants us all to be strong and healthy both physically and mentally and she definitely accomplishes that!

    Working with Sara has inspired me to do more fitness on my own. This year, I ran in 7 5K races – something I never would have imagined possible a year ago. What’s interesting is that Sara never asked me what my times were – because that wasn’t what was important – it was that I was out there doing it!

    Can’t really say enough about what Sara has done for me and for all her clients. She has cultivated a Fit Family where we enjoy and celebrate each other. She manages all her clients needs - and we reach our goals!

    Sara is a great motivator. I've been working out with Sara for about 6 months in both her group classes (B-FIT and TRX Fusion) and personal training sessions. With her help and guidance I have been able to meet my first goal of losing 25lbs and am excited to work together toward my next set of goals for the new year.

    In Sara's group classes she is mindful of client limitations and always offers modifications or alternative movements making her classes inclusive for people of varying abilities. They are challenging for sure, but fun and high energy with a mix of cardio movements and varying weighted exercises. Sara's always interested in learning new movements and sharing them with her clients. She's got an obvious passion for physical fitness and sharing that with others.

    Her personal training sessions have been a good time to measure my progress and challenge myself with weights and movements I'd not be comfortable doing w/out supervision or support. I've constantly been able to get beyond my own mental limitations through her encouragement and a trust in her process. She's shown me I'm sometimes stronger than I think I am which sets me up to be more confident and challenge myself more in my own personal workouts. I enjoy her approach to coaching me through my workouts by taking the time to think personally about me, my abilities and my goals and plan a session geared to help me succeed.

    I have been working with Coach Sara for around a year now and i must says I love it! She not only challenges you, but she makes the work outs fun! Prior to working with her I never liked going to the gym. However, I now look forward to my time spent at the gym and have accomplished so much with her support, guidance and encouragement. Every class is well thought out and strategically planned to give you the absolute best work out for your body. I highly recommend training with her! You won’t regret it!
