    Sarah has become a key opponent in my weight loss journey. Tho o began this about two years ago and managed to loose a good deal of weight, finding out she is a trainer now really is a blessing to me. I'm with Sara about 3 days a week. She is so organized about getting a specific plan started for each individual person. I first met with her about my goals, expectations, medical history ect. Its like she blended all that info into a majic program for me. By no means is this easy she will push me just as I want to give up. its like she can tell just when I have really had it and then its time to rest. Never have I been so happy about 30 sec of rest in my life lol. I am starting to really build muscle I am seeing noticeable differences in my body. It makes it so much easier to stick with it. She has been great with my schedule, making sure it meshes with hers. I give her card out or fb info every chance I get. I've found so many people who are looking for personal trainers. Gone are the days of going to the gym to run the tredmill for an hour. That's good too but it wilnot get you to your goal. I've found that going to the gym randomly doing whatever I felt like is as productive as not going at all. It truely is about form, posture understanding ur body how it moves how it should move, how its best to build muscle so I can burn fat..Without the help of a professional like Sarah I would still be wasting time and money wondering around the gym guesing what machine does what...
