Sara Heilman

In the last 5 years, I have done a complete overhaul of my life. After being labeled clinically obese, I went on to lose 64 pounds from my 5’3” frame through implementing a non-restrictive diet and regular workout routine.

Since then, I have been on a non-stop mission to help those with body and health issues similar to the ones I once had – if you’re overweight, obese, have disordered eating, or just want to find balance to maintain a healthy lifestyle, then I’m the trainer for you!

My philosophy to achieving overall fitness and health is to see the gray in things. For so long, I only saw my life in black and white – it was either one extreme or the other, and there was no such thing as “balance.” However, I finally came to the realization that perfection doesn’t exist and that it doesn’t have to in order to accomplish your goals.

I am driven to help my clients succeed by implementing this balanced mindset. The blend of cardio and strength training exercises are what make my workouts so effective. I also offer my clients nutritional guidance to help them achieve their goals more efficiently – again, balance is key.

As a personal trainer and nutrition enthusiast I am devoted to helping people realize their full fitness and health potential.

    I train with Sara 3x a week and it's only been 4 weeks so far and I'm down 15 lbs. Both my wife and I train at Repke Fitness. We get our butts kicked, but we love it!!! FYI we didn't use to be exercise people so it speak volume for us to say that we love it. We found out about Repke Fitness through a friend who was training there and we're glad that we did. Both my wife and I love the private environment at Repke Fitness. The trainers have a great sense of humor and my wife and I just can't get enough of the training. I attend 3x a week and sometimes 4x, love it that much! Recommend them to anyone!!!! Thank you.

    Sara is an excellent trainer trainer! I'd recommend her to anyone who's looking to get in great shape. She's also very knowledgeable on nutrition.

    My wife Adrianne trained with Sara at Repke Fitness for a total of 40 sessions - twice per week. In that twenty weeks she lost 22 lbs and looks even more amazing! Her original goal was to lose between 15 -20 lbs. Sara kicked her butt every session but my wife loved it!!! While my wife was training with Sara, I was training with the other trainer (Louben). We both love our personal training sessions at Repke Fitness. We loved the private studio setting because we have had a trainer at La Fitness before and we both hated it and dreaded going. However, Sara and Louben made fitness fun. We'd play games as part of training session, we made progress and were always getting rewards such as free training sessions, discounted sessions, gift cards etc. I'd recommend Sara and Repke Fitness to anyone who's looking to either lose weight and or put on muscle mass. Sara is very knowledgeable on the nutrition side and for my wife especially it was extremely helpful. Thank you for all of your help and putting up with us. We're making plans to return for an additional 20 sessions :)

    Sara is a fabulous personal trainer at Repke Fitness. If you need a great but kicking, go see this girl! I knew Repke Fitness was the right place for me when they told me told me about 'firing clients.' They said since I was there for weight loss, if I didn't follow their guidance and advice to get to where I wanted to be that they would fire me. I've NEVER heard of a gym that would "fire" clients for not making progress or doing their part. That to me showed that he really cared about helping people - that they would let a paying client go. Most gyms thrive on clients failures, Sara and Repke Fitness are successful because they thrive on CLIENTS' SUCCESSES - I love Repke Fitness!!!!!

    My first session was 4 years ago, I've been training at Repke Fitness since 2012. I've lost 50 lbs, my back feels GREAT! After losing the 50 pounds, my blood pressure went down significantly and my doctor took me off of my high blood pressure medications. I can't thank the Repke Fitness staff enough. Thank you for everything!

    I'd recommend Sara and Repke Fitness to anyone who's truly ready to transform their lives. If you're not a serious client then do not go there, it's not for you. But if you are seriously seeking results - there is no better place to go!
