    I have been working out with Sandi for about three years. I don’t come from a fitness background and I have always been thin but never fit or strong. After having two children I pretty much accepted the fact that I was 20 lbs heavier. However I found it extremely difficult to keep up with my two small children while dealing with constant back pain a lack of energy and terrible posture. This was the result of my lack of physical activity over the past 13 years. Little did I know this was all about to change the day I signed up for my first Pilates class. Sandi taught me how to exercise and correct my body imbalances. I have been a member of Fit Club at T3 fitness for the past year and it is the ever-changing workouts that constantly challenge my body. The commitment I have and the diet changes Sandi helped me implement have given me results better than I could have ever imagined. To date I have lost 25 lbs and 4% body fat. I am now leaner, stronger and feel better than I have in my entire life. Sandi will not only help you reach your physical goals, she will inspire, motivate and encourage you every step of the way.

    Sandra Vande Berg is the best fitness coach I have ever had! I started taking Sandra’s Cardio Rush class last fall and enjoyed that class so much, I recently incorporated her Metabolic Core class to my schedule. Sandra motivates me to do my best with the energy she brings to every class. I also appreciate that Sandra doesn’t hesitate to correct your form (even if you have bare sweaty feet) and explains what muscle you should be targeting with every exercise. Sandra truly is passionate about fitness and I’m thankful to be one of many, who benefits from it every day!
