Sandra was very helpful for me! I was really scared to use a personal trainer at first! I lost 50 pounds with Sandra! I just wish I kept up with my end of the deal and kept it off! I could always talk to her about problems I had with food or losing weight! Every time it came to measure, she made me feel comfortable. She always gave me my results in a detailed portfolio! Which I still have!! If I had problems paying she would work with me! I was a college student and sometimes funds would be few! We would work out ways to help me!
