Personal training is all about one thing: result. Wether it's losing weight, putting on more muscle, getting stronger or running fast, everyone is looking for results. As a personal trainer I've learned how to get results. However, in order to change you will have to take yourself to places you haven't been before.

Highly recommend Sam. After many false starts with other trainers and gyms, I have been training with Sam for 16 months and counting. Sam is patient and a good listener, always checking in to get feedback after each session and adjusting our workouts real time, if necessary. Don't think we have ever done the same workout twice! Because of his focus on natural movement, my body feels significantly better after every workout than it did going in and Sam keeps every workout challenging and fun! I don't plan on giving up my workouts with Sam any time soon -- a testament to Sam's skill as a trainer.
He is a consummate learner of all things fitness!

Sam is a terrific trainer. Upbeat, encouraging, patient continuously emphasizing correct form. The exercise routines continually evolves, ensuring variety and challenge appropriate to my level of fitness. He has taken numerous training courses, creatively applying that background and experience to his PT work. Can't say that I look forward to the workout sessions which can be hard work, but am very satisfied with the results - knowing that I am working at maintaining and improving essential fitness level.
Highly recommend Sam.

After my long journey of trying to find someone to work with me, and all of my physical limitations after a terrible hit and run accident. I finally found Sam, through a highly recommended referral. I had been to every doctor and every type of rehab for my injuries. I was discharged saying that the way I was is the best I will be. I refused to believe them and started searching for more support.
What I liked about Sam was that he wasn't only a physical trainer. He was a lot more. He is someone who truly cares about his clients well being and growth. He is well versed in many healing modalities as well as functional movement.
I couldn't believe how Sam was able to break down things into such small increments to reteach me how to move properly. Sam
has helped me to relearn how to move again and challenged me with a supportive calm nature while helping me reclaim myself to a stronger me. It fathoms me to think, I am even moving at this range of motions and strength when the odds were not in my favor.
I highly recommend Sam to all ages and all levels of physicality.
Sam is truly a person who cares for your internal well being.
With Blessings
Sherry
