Where to start... I have a diverse background with formal education in Sport Management, Exericse Science, and am currently a doctoral candidate in an Information Systems and Communication program. As a figure skater, I developed a love of fitness in my early teens and have been hooked ever since. As a strength and conditioning facility owner, I am constantly looking for ways to improve and strengthen my background and education as well as bring my best to each class and training session I lead.
