My primary objectives for physical training included weight maintainance and control, body toning and overall physical well-being. I started with Sabine over 10 years ago and she has helped me achieve and maintain my goals through a variety of training techniques and exercises. In addition, she has become a dear friend and confidant. I recommend her highly to anyone interested in getting and staying in shape.

I have been working out with Sabine for many years. She is truly amazing. I was a college athlete, so have been in good shape most of my life. Sabine knows how to push you to be your best. She also undestands your limitations if you have an injury. I highly recommend her - she makes working out and sweating fun!

I took my first class with Sabine 14 years ago and she has changed my life! Before I met her I had never worked out and was not very athletic in school. I now work out a minimum of 5 days a week and I love it. I have taken Boot Camp, Spin, Pilates, TRX and Kettle bell classes with her. You will never get the same work out twice. She challenges you to do things you never thought you could do. She is one of the most amazing people I have ever met.

Sabine is an excellent trainer. I have taken boot camp, pilates, and spin with her. She is enthusiastic and positive and inspires you to push yourself. When you leave her class you always feel stronger and better about yourself. She knows her clients abilities and no matter how large or small the group she can tailor a work out to suit everyone. I would highly recommend Sabine to anyone. She will make the work out challenging and fun and will you will always want to come back for more.

Sabine is an outstanding personal trainer. I have been working out with her for many years. Sabine has an amazing variety of workouts--for all levels of physical condition. She spends time getting to know each client and her/his unique abilities/goals, and then customizes a work-out. In my case, I like an intense/challenging workout. Each week, Sabine's workout for me is challenging and fun and always different. Sabine is on top of the latest work-out trends--so she's always adding new challenges. Sabine really enjoys her work which makes it fun. I really look forward to my workouts!
