DO NOT USE RYAN JACOBSON AS A PERSON TRAINER! He is EXTREMELY unprofessional. He canceled on our sessions five times many times 15 min before we are supposed to start training and ONCE when he was already supposed to be here (BY TEXT) in the span of “training” me. In February I reached out to Ryan saying I was unhappy with his service and would like to be compensated for the sessions we had not used or I would like to add free sessions to our agreement – HE OPTED TO PAY ME. After weeks of chasing him down and saying I was willing to work with him for the services not provided he said he would have the money for me on April 12th. I reached out to him on April 25, 2017 again saying I was willing to work with him and he told me “you might as well move on ‘cause I really can’t afford it.” SLEAZY BUSINESSMAN! DO NOT PARTNER WITH THIS PERSON, DO NOT DO A TRADE OF SERVICE, OR HIRE HIM FOR HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL! The only reason I’m ok with this being a 1 star and not a 0 star is because if you can ever get him to show up he is very knowledgeable but other than that a disgrace and an extremely manipulative person who will use you!

Ryan is the best trainer I have ever had. Bar none! I went to his classes twice a week for 3 months and I have never been happier with myself. He motivated me every step of the journey. If you heed his advice about diet and cutting back on all the alcohol and eating out at restraunts he will change your life! Some of my peers ended up falling out of the program because they saw no results but they also refused to meal prep and eat correctly.
I have recommended him to all of my friends and we love him!!

Ryan was a terrible trainer. He totally forgot several sessions and when he did remember, he was late. He constantly called me fat infront of my peers and made me feel horrible. My went to his workouts twice a week for two months and my body never changed.

Efficiency is one of the best things about Ryan's workouts. He comes up with some of the craziest moves...but they're HYPER effective and engage multiple muscle groups. No wasted time, no interminable sets, and for sure no half-assing it. A 30-minute workout with him leaves every part of my body quivering.
But my very favorite part? The sense of accomplishment. I have to prepare myself mentally for working out with him. It's always a challenge, but, when I meet it and beat it, it feels so freaking good. :)

Ryan is an amazing trainer. He is very dedicated, passionate, and knowledgeable. He is results-driven and will get you into shape by creating effective and creative workouts and providing nutrition tips. He was able to create a personalized meal plan for me that helped me reach my goals. Thanks Ryan!
