Having always been very active (weight training, swimming, running, cycling, spinning, tennis, volleyball, muay thai, yoga, Pilates, gyrotonics, etc) and an expert multi-tasker with a busy schedule, I know what it takes to deal with tension, recover from injuries, and to keep moving with ease.
