Specialist and is part of a wellness team that is comprised of Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and a Physiatrist. Roody is an athlete and fitness enthusiast. Roody is constantly pushing his body to the limits and currently trains at Renzo Gracie Academy for Mixed Martial Arts. He cross-trains 5 days each week, which keeps him fit and helps him relate to his clients who also train hard.

    Go for it! Whether you're an elite athlete or a never-been-to-the-gym-before novice, sign up with Roody! Every time I have a session with him, I am again impressed by the breadth and depth of his knowledge; his ability to creatively tailor a workout just for me; the diversity of his exercises; the personal attention and careful eye (to be sure I'm doing the movements correctly) he maintains during the hour; how he knows how hard to push me; and his great sense of humor. Even after having worked with him for more than two years, each session is fresh, fun--even though we work hard!--and unique . . . no cookie-cutter workouts or unimaginative drills. Roody really has changed my life--in many ways! He's an awesome trainer and an awesome guy!
