When it comes to fitness Nothing Beats Being STRONG! Everybody has the ability to get stronger, be it aerobic or strength. My two favorite subjects to instruct are Yoga and Kettlebells; Yoga teaches mindful movement, and the Kettlebell for its versatility in strength development. I believe in teaching good movement, not just lifting weight. Fitness is dynamic, it is always moving, so you must be consistent. Partners help us be consistent, that is why I truly enjoy the dynamics of group training.
I’m a movement junkie. I’m fascinated with the many ways the body can move. When you move, you become alive. You laugh more, smile more, and you feel better. I always tell my clients and students, “just show up”, because “you are always one workout away from a good mood.”
