Hello, my name is Rojan Agahi. My athletic background is in Ice Skating, in which I turned professional and skated in Walt Disney On Ice for a short time. This led me to choose Kinesiology as my major in college and to become a Personal Trainer. I previously held a certification at ACSM. I had left the fitness industry for a short time to have children and help my husband get his financial planning firm up and running. I have returned to what I love! I now hold a certification from NASM and have received my TRX Suspension Training Qualified certificate. My clients have two options: train out of a small personal studio or I can come to their house. In my spare time, I love to hike, snowboard, bike, run, and lift weights. My two boys keep my very active as well!!!

    Rojan is by far the best trainer I’ve ever had!!! She is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the mechanics of your muscles and body. She is certified in so many areas of fitness which shows when I work out with her. I really enjoy her HIIT routines she provides which she incorporates the use of Tabata, TRX suspension, sprints, jump rope, weights, and others mixed together for a “killer” workout. Her workouts are always changing so I’m never bored and I always look forward to see what she has planned for me. From the moment you arrive at Rojan’s comfortable gym she always gives you a warm smile and is very personable. She is not at all intimidating like some men trainers I’ve had which makes for a more comfortable and fun workout. Her gym is always clean, well maintained, and extremely organized. During workouts she is always correcting my form, something other trainers didn’t always notice throughout the entire workout. Rojan watches you intently with guided patience and gives you constant encouragement. I have been working out with Rojan for over 6 months and have seen my body change with less body fat and much more muscle. Let’s be honest, you have to also eat well to see the results you want but if you are willing to put the work in Rojan will take you to the next level. She isn’t your ordinary “run of the mill” trainer but so much more. Hire Rojan if you want to be pushed beyond what you thought you couldn’t achieve and get the body you want.

    I am so grateful for Rojan!!! I have had such a positive experience training with her over the past 5 months and can't wait to continue. Before working out with her I was bored at the gym and rarely went. As someone who has always enjoyed sports, I wanted to find something that was challenging and fun. I tried yoga, pilates, and spin classes but none of them held my interest. Rojan created workouts that were so unique to my specific needs and they left me eager to return. I have become so much more aware of my body and have even began to build upper body strength, which is something I have ALWAYS lacked. Dedicated to health and fitness, Rojan is extremely inspiring and so knowledgable in the field. I would hands down recommend her to anyone.

    Rojan is a special kind of trainer! I absolutely love training with her. She's so encouraging and makes the workouts fun. She helps me fully understand each work out and walks me through step by step. I leave feeling challenged in mind and body! I now find that I am more educated in what my body needs and I feel more connected to my inner and outer self! I love how each workout is different and I am hitting muscles I didn't even know I had! She really designs the workouts special for me and incorporates my goals effectively. She is great at reading my energy level and is quick to point out safety tips! I highly recommend her personal training if you're looking for someone to help you achieve your goals of becoming stronger and more fit. She is not only a great personal trainer but an all around great person!
