I'm a mother of two toddler's, a wife, a United States Navy Reservist, a full-time employee for a company that sells and ships military equipment all over the world, and Christian faith woman.
With so much responsibility throughout the week and weekends, I rarely find time to myself. I'm writing this email to you because I know your struggles to try and be your best at everything for
everyone in your life. However, are you finding out that at the end of the day you feel run down or guilty because you didn't have the energy to spend quality time with your kids or husband?

Before, I added to my lists of hats to wear, it was easy to workout whenever I wanted and I had time to make healthy meals. But, it's been challenging to make that time for myself to workout.
Rod is not only a certified fitness trainer but he is certified in so many more areas. He gets that to have a healthy body, you need to have a healthy mind, healthy relationships, etc. It's all connected.
He gets that people are busy and that's something new that was a challenge for me. Being so busy, switching from one thing (work), to the next (family), to the next (navy) to the next (church/volunteering). I needed guidance and accountability. He gave me that. He taught me so much and helped me to see where I was being triggered, going out to eat because it was a long day at work and we had hungry toddlers that expected food to be ready in 5-10 minutes after getting home.

If you are anything like me, you are fed up with hitting that wall over and over and your goals not being met. This is not a payment for a gym membership. It's an investment in yourself with a professional
who gets real life struggles. What's that? You only have 15 minutes out of your day to workout? Then good! You will get 15 quality minutes of working towards the best you, with Rod's help. He will tailor the program that fits you best because his perspective on a healthier you is not a cookie cut approach, he understands we are all different, with different bodies, and different lifestyles. He believes in a total wellness approach. I know you want to be your best because that's what your family deserves, that's what you want to show day in and day out of your job. So, make the call, take the first step towards change and finally break through those walls that have been holding you back! Contact Rod Sims, don't second guess yourself, just do like Nike and just do it!

Rod and I have been working together for a year now. I would give him top marks in every category of a fitness trainer and wellness coach. I am 69 years old and sight-impaired, and he has made appropriate allowances. He has balanced my lifestyle, emotional, and physical circumstances. In July, I completed a 9 week regime of radiation for a small cancer. Rod was able to keep me going and staying focused and working out vigorously. The variety of exercises aimed at building balance and resistance.

Rod has been my mentor for the last 5 months and I am impressed by his knowledge, not only in the fitness aspect, but also wellness overall in all dimensions. He is passionate about the needs of his clients and he is very competent. The workout sessions are fun but yet challenging, he knows the routines so that the results are visible in short time without the exhaustion and pain the days after. What I appreciate the most about him is his sincerity and approach-ability. He is a great personal trainer and mentor and I enjoy working with him.

I just finished a 6 week program with Rod and the results are outstanding! He helped me improve my diet and fitness, and the results include increased energy and strength, a lower weight and leaner physique. Rod's also continuing to guide me as I move forward.

Thanks for your help and the results, Rod!

Rod is a phenomenal personal trainer who cares wholeheartedly about his clients. He is very dedicated to ensuring that I reach my goals, and pushes me farther than I ever imagined that I could go. He supports my goals and constantly reminds me that they are attainable. The thing I appreciate most is that Rod teaches me how to work out on my own. He gives me homework; exercises that target areas of my body with which I want to focus. Best of all, he follows up with me, always encouraging me, even when I don't have the energy to encourage myself. He refuses to give up on me, and I truly appreciate that. He has definitely pressed upon me the importance of taking care of myself and taking control of my life and health. Without a doubt, I would recommend Rod to anyone interested in making a lifestyle change!
