Robyn has been A very important part of my weight loss journey. Between lifestyle changes and Robyn's fitness classes I have lost over a 140 lbs...yes you read that right!!!!! I could not have done it without her...nor would I have wanted to.Robyn will motivate you to achive your goals. She will challenge you, it is well worth the results.If you are looking for a trainer who will listen to your needs and take the time to explain anything you may have a question about . Who is also not afraid to give you that little extra push you made need to reach your goals, she's the trainer for you.I never enjoyed exercise before I met Robyn. Now I look forward to whichever I go to of hers. Robyn makes exercise fun and enjoyable. I lok forward to many more years of healthy living with Robyn by my side.Thanks for all you do!!!!!!!

I have come to love Robyn's no-nonsense, yet fun and inspiring approach she brings to each of her classes. Although the routines are tough, (and have been proven to tone my whole body and spirit) they are so much fun! Robyn's passion is contagious and I always leave her class feeling better and more confidant than when I came. Thanks Robyn for the all the tips and information you add during the workouts.I would recommend your class to anyone and always look forward to your next one.

As a busy 57 year old, I had pretty much given up on looking and feeling better. But after a long, lethargic winter, when I put on an additional 10 pounds, I looked for a painless way to lose the weight. I was lucky to find Robyn’s dance-exercise classes. They were fun, and I was able to gradually build my strength, flexibility and endurance. After taking her classes for a year, I decided to further challenge myself and asked Robyn if she would consider becoming my personal trainer. The results have been amazing. Initially, I had hoped to maintain my weight loss. What I hadn’t anticipated were so many even more important benefits. In addition to losing the weight, I am now much happier and more energetic. I feel younger, and I sometimes even look forward to my workouts. I joined Robyn’s boot camp class, which is an even more challenging and demanding workout. With Robyn’s help, I began setting goals. Robyn has helped me build a running plan, and this summer I plan to run my first 5K. Robyn is knowledgeable, empathetic, accepting, and inspiring. She is a great personal trainer and exercise class instructor who will encourage you while listening to and respecting your goals and preferences. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve her fitness level and personal health.

Robyn, Has the energy that every body wishes for! She knows how to keep me moving, and she also knows how too (pick the best tunes )for the workout. I'm having fun working up a sweat. Can't wait for the next class! And to meet great workout buddies! Loving every minute of it!

I used to be a group fitness instructor, so I am quite the critic when I go to other fitness classes. Robyn is amazing and has me hooked! I have always been a DIY fitness person, but since I've met Robyn, I can't imagine doing it alone anymore. Her classes are fun and addictive!
