Bob Todd

Little Elm, TX 75068

I have been a personal trainer/coach for 10+ years now. I have trained people of all ages but my favorite group to work with are those who are 40+. As a member of that age group, I enjoy teaching them how to have a healthy lifestyle and maintain a fit body.

My programs are always based on what the client feels is important to reach their fitness goals. Your training program should be fun and also effective to help you to achieve those goals.

I also teach group fitness programs as well. I apply the same philosophy to my group programs, as I do to my one on one clients. Your group program should feel rewarding and also effective in helping you to reach your goals.

Please feel free to contact me at [email protected] to discuss your fitness needs. Thank You

I was diagnosed with lupus in 2015. My husband convinced me that workouts and nutrition were the best way to fight my disease. I have been working out with my personal trainer "Bob" for almost 7 months now. I am stronger and have more strength than ever. Bob knows how to safely handle my chronic illness condition while I am training. I strongly recommend Bob to anyone that wants to improve their health.

I’ve trained with Bob for 5 months now... after our interview, he earned my trust, among several other Trainers/options I’d researched.

Among Bob’s Highlights that I greatly appreciate:
    • Mature, self-disciplined, family-oriented adult that has been training for 20+ years
    • Personable, friendly, gregarious, upbeat… continuous smile and positive feedback
    • Bob himself, trains rigorously under guidance of two other highly respected, award winning Trainers
    • His program is logical, tractable and cost-effective
    • Careful consideration is given to current health, prior injuries, etc.
    • Highly motivated… clearly passionate about what he does
    • Very knowledgeable in his field… diet, routine, nutrition, sport biomechanics, physiology, etc.
    • Holds me accountable for results
    • Encourages me to complete each session, without compromise
    • Science/research-based approach
    • Prefers naturopathic solutions, supplements, etc.

If you’re looking for a Trainer/Program in the North Dallas (DFW) area, you should have a conversation with Bob.

Bob was referred to me by a trusted source who looks amazing after working with him! After working with Bob on my own for just two months I can now say I feel better about my health, figure, stamina, and fitness than I have in many, many years. I was having trouble with slow metabolism and weak core muscles that kept me from burning fat and gaining muscle. Bob had just the right exercises and dietary suggestions to help me get back to the real me. His easy going personality and attention to detail are much appreciated and he is always encouraging, which is invaluable when you're trying to get back into shape. I'd highly recommend this trainer over any other I've worked with.

I've been working with Bob for 3 months now and I have been very pleased with the results as well with Bob's approach.
I started looking for a personal trainer months before I met Bob because I had gained weight, had little energy, and felt that my fitness and health were not good. I wanted to get back into the condition that I had been in most of my life. I am 41 years old and I felt most of the trainers don't understand how my body reacts to exercise at this age. I trained with a couple of other trainers who did not listen to my needs and requests and tried to make fit a cookie cutter plan they have and expected my body to show same results as a 20 yr. old's in first few days/week.

Before I trained with Bob I explained to him what my needs, interests, and goals were, and explained my medical history.
Bob listened to me and formulated a program with which I felt very comfortable. Actually, his program was very demanding and he asked me how motivated and dedicated I was. I took up the challenge!!

I understood the reasons for each exercise, and understood the basis for the regime. After each session, I feel invigorated. I am always left with a sense of balance and accomplishment. My energy greatly increased after training for only a couple weeks.

I have never felt stronger or healthier. Bob is passionate about fitness, nutrition and technique and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! He also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely. If you are serious about changing your life for the better, Bob will lead you every step of the way.

The results I have achieved to date are largely due to Bob's perfect combination of diverse training methods, individualized exercise programs & challenging yet achievable goal setting. His professionalism, extensive knowledge and enthusiastic commitment to His work and ultimately His clients, provides the perfect scenario for success and sets foundations for a new healthier lifestyle!

Let me simply say that Bob has been a god-send to me since I began training with him at the end of April, 2015.
I started to make some serious and impactful lifestyle changes in March, 2014 by losing about 55 pounds by eating very healthy and continuing to do so day after day.

The next phase of living a healthy lifestyle was running 4+ miles every day, which I began July, 2104. However, long-term this would not be sustainable on my body and several people recommended to eliminate some running days and replace them with training, specifically core and strength training.

At first I was very hesitant because I had never worked out and attended a gym; bottom line is I had no knowledge of training correctly and properly.
The reason I wanted to find a trainer was to receive guidance and not hurt myself, all the while gaining strength.

After conducting a little bit of research, one of the trainers I contacted was Bob; he was upfront and honest; I especially liked the fact that he stated he would help me reach the goals that I have and not just follow a plan based on what he wanted.

To say I enjoy training with Bob would be an understatement; he has a great attitude, is very energetic, and motivates me every session.

And the most important detail I have to mention is Bob's patience; what I mean is that he wants to make sure that whatever exercise/movement we are working on, is that it gets done correctly; otherwise, we go back to the basics to make sure those are mastered before moving on.

Bob, thanks for your expertise, knowledge, ideas, and your desire to see your clint succeed.
I would highly recommend Bob as a trainer.
