    RJ is a fantastic personal fitness professional. I have worked with MANY trainers throughout my search for better health and physical fitness, and he is by far the absolute best with whom I've worked. His holistic approach to health and fitness is refreshing.

    He is extremely knowledgeable in many approaches to fitness/exercise (i.e., strength training, agility training, flexibility, sports conditioning) as well as nutrition. He tailors a plan to your individual needs using his broad knowledge and, more importantly, based on your motivation. Your goals are his goals, and he WILL push you to achieve your goals whatever they may be. He will also encourage you to set achievable goals that may stretch beyond what you think you're capable...but you will be capable of it with his help. He takes his job very seriously and only requires your 100% commitment to your goal. In return, he will give you 120% of himself in each and every session.

    He is a stickler for form so that you are getting the best out of every minute of your workout and limiting your risk of injury. This is especially helpful (to have good form) when you're working out on your own.

    I highly recommend RJ as a trainer and motivator. He's the best in the business.

    He is a tremendous motivator with solid technique (and cuing, which eventually helps you recognize mistakes on your own and therefore self-correct...very important for those times when you don't have a personal trainer standing next to you)...

    RJ understands client's limits and is very skilled at pushing continuous progression. This to me is the most impressive thing about him.

    Listens to client's goals and assimilates them into the fitness plan. And he is always looking at new approaches, tools and ways to improve. For instance, a few years ago he starting looking at TRX Suspension training and now he is a strong advocate for it...for good reason BTW.

    Highly recommend RJ...without a doubt, he will help you achieve your goals.
