    My husband and I recently rejoined the senior center last month since pre-pandemic.
    I have always enjoyed aerobics classes. Mr. C is a great instructor I am in his Weight & Personal Training classes. The class meets 4 times week. The exercises he teaches are challenging and fun!
    I admit that I have a long way to go and I’m sure I will reach my weight loss goals. Mr. C takes care in asking how each of us how we are doing in the class. His usual question is: “are there any questions or concerns”. Mr. C encourages us to push a little more each week; seeking suggestions from the members in the class to incorporate new moves for everyone to enjoy. Great job Mr. C keep pushing us to do more and be the best we can be!

    What can I say about working with Mr. C . i’m super Duper grateful for Mr. C he really pushes me to the limit he exudes my possibilities. I’m really seeing a difference in my endurance and my strength and my stamina. I have a goal set in mine and he’s doing everything in his power to help me keep that goal. He’s doing a tremendous job and I couldn’t ask for a better trainer thanks Mr. C . The sky is the limit when it comes to him and his training I’m doing things I’ve never thought I could ever do in the summer better watch out because here I come .#stayfocused #neversayicant #gymrat

    I enjoy my training sessions because they are fun, challenging, and inspirational. I learned which exercise affects which parts of my body. I am 80 years old and in great shape. I feel safe knowing that Mr. Robert will show me how to work smart with out injury.

    After months of trying to get myself back on track with some type of fitness routine..I decided to implement a personal trainer . At first I was a bit skeptical about how long I would stay on point with my workouts & how drastic my eating habits would be interrupted .. I can admit deep down I wasn't really ready for change ..I had always seen the fitness flyers located inside the Rec Center .. and decided to take one. It has been 2 months now .. which had to be the best decision among many that I have made .. Mr. C's introduction to the program began with overall wellness & individual goals . From that point on I knew this would be my fitness journey . Mr. C has taken my physical endurance to new heights every step of the way .. my confidence & esteem since I have been in with is sessions has truly changed my life .His concern of eating habits along with nutritional awareness have
    let me know the importance of being fit internal is important as well . Being able to work !
    through several obstacles in life such as cancer & sudden life changes, while in his training program has taught me to focus on what is important & that is ME .. Mr. C is truly the core when he says " Don't Cheat Your Body".
