Rhonda Johnson

Hi! Im Rhonda. I have been in the personal training field for over 20 years now! Which is quite scary in itself...but anyway! After training in gyms for years, I realized how I wanted to teach people about functional training, and how it could literally change the way they move and feel in their everyday life. In 2005, I opened my own studio "One on One Fitness". We train all fitness levels and ages, and really teach them how to optain a fit, healthy, and strong body!
I have lived with chronic pain for about 7 years now. I have a rod down my full thoracic to L3, and have lived with scoliosis my whole life! You cant give up, You are only as strong as you chose to be!

Rhonda is awesome. I have been going to her for about two months now and I am very happy with the results so far. I was a little apprehensive about working out without equipment, but this is exactly what I needed. Rhonda's knowledge about fitness is incredible. I have a bad back and Rhonda was able to relate to my problems and tailor my workout to my needs. I feel the best I have for years and it is money well spent. Also, her studio is very convenient - a few minutes from 95th and Route 59 which is equivalent to going to downtown Naperville without the traffic and parking hassles. Thank you Rhonda.

Rhonda is on of the most knowledgeable people in the industry! She is a real professional who cares so much about her clients. She is a wonderful teacher who not only works well with her clients in the studio but also teaches them to help themselves at home in day to day activities. She has taught me so much, being a trainer myself-She's my mentor! You can trust her to make you not only stronger, but feeling better and healthier.

Small studio that delivers results. I've been going to One on One Fitness for some time now - I feel so much better, have so much more energy and lost a couple dress sizes too. Rhonda and Kristi are fantastic! You won't find better.

One on One Fitness is no ordinary studio. You won't find typical weight equipment and machines which usually only focuses on one muscle group at a time.
No, at One on One you will find staff that is dedicated to helping each individual no matter what their fitness level is using core functional training! Core functional training uses equipment such as balance balls, bosu trainers, free weights, resistance and TRX bands to engage the whole body. Core functional training utilizes multiple muscle groups with each exercise...Where you are weak, you can become strong! If you want accountability, motivation and a stronger, leaner you then One on One Fitness is a great place to meet all of your fitness goals!
I love One on One Fitness! Great staff, great results!

I've been going to One on One Fitness for a few years now and it has been a wonderful experience. I have a bad lower back, but that hasn't stopped me from coming. With Rhonda's expertise, I am able to strength myself, especially my core, to keep myself strong. Rhonda uses "functional" training to strengthen my muscles around my weaker areas to help support them. It has been an amazing journey....one I'm going to continue.
