Rebecca is truly amazing. I have been working with her within the past 5 months or so; she has been coming to my house. What a wonderful way to do things! I have been so out of shape, and was afraid of working with a trainer. I had no need to be! Rebecca understood my concerns and my feelings. I felt like she really "got" me. This was very important to me, in order to be able to work with a trainer/coach. Even though I am not an athlete, I feel like I succeeded in working with Rebecca. She opened my eyes to so much (in addition to the workouts, which were great!). She was always positive and is so caring. So much fun to be around, as well! I have learned so much from her, and am definitely in a better place (in many ways), due to having worked with her. Highly, highly recommended.... I think she could truly help anyone.

I was referred to Rebecca by a good friend who knew her from spin class. He said she would definitely be the one person who could get me moving again. I had my doubts at first. Wow, was i wrong. Rebecca has the uncanny ability to motivate the lazy and challenge the inner sloth in us all.
First, she really, really cares about getting her clients healthy. She did an excellent job assessing my current health condition, spent time crafting a plan that was appropriate for the level of activity I was able to execute and did not push me to do work that would leave me sore the next day.
Slowly i have lost 50 lbs this year but more importantly I feel so much better. I feel stronger, more balanced and I am not going to bed at 9:00 because I am exhausted anymore. She has also helped me improve my eating habits through recipes, suggestions and just really positive reinforcement -no judging, just a little nudge when necessary.
Rebecca makes sure that i keep my training appointments- no slacking , and continually introduces new exercises to keep me engaged and not bored. For me, that is very important as I get bored easily with repetitious exercise. I call it short attention span theater.
My routine includes several different exercises a session that are repeated 2xs and are timed up to a minute and a half. Each session is a little different - She mixes it up for me. Sometimes they are tough but more importantly they are achievable, get my heart rate up and leave me huffing and puffing - a good sign of progress. Boxing, band walks, Get-Ups, mountain climbers, walk out- you name it she has me do it!
In my 47 years on this earth, I have tried every diet and exercise program out there with little long term success. Rebecca's program is easy to follow and comes with absolutely no judgement. It feels less a training program than the facilitation of a lifestyle change with a seasoned professional guiding me through this journey.
I would recommend Rebecca's training and nutrition services to anyone who needs to be motivated to get off the couch. Once you get started, it's so easy to keep the momentum going....

My daughter and I both just finished a 6-week program with Rebecca. The kick-start program, which was totally online via email, included 3 workouts a week (plus some moderate cardio on off days), nutritional and food shopping guidance, and plenty of email support and encouragement. I can't say enough what a difference this has made already. Years ago, I tried all the diet programs, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, etc. Each would work for a while, but then I wouldn't stick with it for various reasons. With this, entering my 7th week (now as part of an ongoing maintenance program), it's become habit, and for a fraction of the price of those other programs. What's made the difference?
First Rebecca's prescribed workout program allowed for starting easy, but still challenged me in a good way. So far, it's been focused on short 20-30 minute workouts, including warmups. The best part is, it changes things up every minute or two, save for a few 5-10 minute cardio interludes. This interval approach makes it so much less boring, and for the most part requires no equipment, though it incorporates existing equipment I have at home (a bullworker, stretch cords, a treadmill, and an elliptical). It goes by in no time.
Also, this isn't just an exercise program, nor is it a "diet" program, but an overall fitness and health program. I find that this positive approach (fitness and health) rings so much truer to me than "dieting" or "exercising" (which sound like chores or punishment). Including walks on my days off, at least I know for 3 days a week I'm getting a great workout that doesn't seem overwhelming, yet leaves me sweating and feeling good. After only a few days, I felt much more energetic, and people commented I even looked healthier and more energetic! I could feel the difference.
Combined with the nutritional advice, I now think of myself as a "healthy" person, even if I have a little ways to go to reach my goals. The fact is, now I have someone like Rebecca encouraging me and educating me, and who isn't an "exercise-Nazi." She recognizes that working parents need a quick, fun workout that they can incorporate into their lives, along with practical nutritional advice. I just signed up for the ongoing maintenance plan, and can without a doubt recommend Rebecca as a personal trainer who will change your life for the better!

Rebecca and I are coming up on 1 year of personal training together. We work out twice a week and I occasionally attend her Bootcamps when I can. I don't know where I would be today if it wasn't for Rebecca's care and attention to my health and physical fitness. She goes above and beyond any personal trainer you would get at a gym. Our workouts are challenging, in a good way, and she always shakes things up so I don't get bored. She has been so flexible with my schedule and my preferences and knows what types of workouts to do to get my motivated and feeling sore (in a great way!). One of my biggest struggles has been my eating and Rebecca has even gone above and beyond to support me in that area. I text her pictures of my meals and she always checks in with me during the day to see how my eating is going. I can't wait to continue seeing results and build up my strength!

I am a 49 year old man. Rebecca has been my personal trainer for eight months. I can honestly say that I am stronger and fitter now than I have been in over twenty years. I also look and feel better than I have in all of that time. Aches and pains that I have been living with for years are disappearing as her "corrective excersises" have developed my core and taken strain off of my lower back. Her depth of knowledge ensures that each workout differs from the last and her enthusiasm keeps me moving long after I would typically rest. This is an investment in myself that I am very pleased with and that I intend to continue.
