I highly recommend Becky. I met her when she was an instructor in the Livestrong at the Y program. She not only explained various fitness methods to us, but put together a personalized program that fit our individual fitness level.
In addition, she was able to explain to me, in layman terms and with graphics, my knee injury (meniscus tear) after the doctors and physical therapists explanations were too technical for me to comprehend. In addition, she took the exercises that the physical therapist gave me and added additional moves that helped my knee get stronger.

I became burned-out after some 30 plus years of walking 3 - 4 miles every other day and exercising in-house. I asked Becky for something to take the place of that! She put me on a maintenance workout and I joined her Senior Strength, Older Adults Classes: Circuit, Impact and Feldenkrais. I'm gradually losing weight, maintaining and I never feel my age!

I have some cross-body issues, and Feldenkrais with Becky has been huge in getting the sides to coordinate more effectively. As a triathlete, yoga & Pilates instructor, and fitness professional for 20+ years, I appreciate the subtleties of the work. After all the pounding & intensity of training for a half IronMan (70.3 miles), its nice to go back to focusing on the minute awareness that Feldenkrais brings.

I have attended Becky's fitness classes, she is the best fitness teacher i have ever encountered. She is thorough, meticulous, strong, and most of all she is a caring person. Her vibrant spirit and energy for life is obvious in her demeanor. She is well versed in different types of physical activities. She is an extremely hard working individual. She will be an asset to anybody that utilizes her abilities.

I am pleased to be asked to offer my comments regarding Becky's contribution to the the seniors strength class at the YMCA. I have nothing but the highest regard for Becky and her talents for this task. I personally nick named her "Boot Camp Becky". She has that rare talent to take a group of "rookie" seniors and create in them a desire to improve their overall strength both mentally and physically with excellent results. Thank you Becky.
