Even if you don't plan on competing, Ray can help. I never exercised regularly until a year ago. Ray helped me devise an easy plan that I can do on my own. And it was NOT intimidating. Still doing the plan he helped with!

I am a stay-at-home mother who wanted to get back into shape. Ray started coaching me in April 2010 and not only did he get me into shape, I am now competetive in triathlons. In less than a year I completed several sprint distace races and eventually placed in the top 10% of my age group September 2010 in one of the largest olympic distance triathlons in the country. His custom training plans were motivating and pushed me, while at the same time were sensitive to my day-to-day busy schedule. Such a find!!!

I have been doing triathlons for over 12 years. I always did ok but I never placed in my age group. After Ray started coaching me...I placed in my age group. Ieven won my age group. I also won a duathlon as first female OVERALL!!!! He did many of my run/bike/swim workouts along with me. After 12 years of training on my own, Ray found sooo many ways to make my workoouts fun and different. I got the opportunity to pick his brain and to see what it takes to WIN! LOVE HIM :)
