Ever since I can remember, I have loved being active. I attribute this to my father, mentor, and one of my best friends!
Over the past 17 years I have taught most popular formats that the fitness industry has offered including kickboxing, step, double step, Zumba, sports conditioning, and cycling to name a few. Currently, I am a Master Trainer and Presenter for R.I.P.P.E.D., and also a Co-Creator of R.I.P.P.E.D. 4 KIDS, along with Terry Shorter and Master Trainer Erin Woodbury. I also teach R.I.P.P.E.D., Cardio Core Ball, and U-JAM on a local level!
I love to dancing, sports, and I enjoy strong rhythm and beats. BUT MOSTLY I like to watch students come alive as they learn to enjoy exercising while having FUN!!
My latest passion is fitness for children. Our youth are at a tremendous risk for so many diseases that can be avoided with better health and fitness. It's time we educate our future! I am elated to VERY SOON share R.I.P.P.E.D. 4 KIDS with the world. It will ABSOLUTELY change lives!
