I'm a former ballet, modern, jazz, flamenco and theatrical dancer with nearly 2 decades of experience learning and teaching. While focused on my career and family life, I stepped away from the world of fitness and dance, but I'm thrilled to say that Zumba fitness dance has brought me back! I have a passion for movement and music - please come to one of my classes soon so I can share it with you!

Since licensing with Zumba, I have received a multitude of certifications and continuously expand my knowledge and education with new formats. Whether you prefer HIIT, dance fitness, barre, one-on-one training or group formats, I've got something for you.

    I have a lot of fun in Rachel's classes. I appreciate the fantastic workout but what's really special is how much dance is incorporated. I leave the class and feel more coordinated! The songs are always fun and I appreciate little things like how the cool-down song changes each week. Rachel uses clear signals and introduces fun group movements to change up our regular workouts.

    If you haven't been to one of Rachel's classes, and you like to move, GO!! With high energy, clear signals, and a contagious smile, she is easy to follow and makes working out so fun, I don't want it to end! I am definitely adding another of her classes to my schedule this spring.
