Fitness doesn't have to be difficult or complex to be effective!
I am an Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am also an SCW Ballet Barre Instructor and New England's first (and currently only) certified StrongBoard Balance Fitness Instructor. I also hold an advanced certification as a Weight Management Specialist. I have always been a believer in the importance of health and wellness in one's life and am an enthusiast with a passion for helping other people. My ultimate goal is to empower, uplift and support my clients as they begin, continue or advance their fitness level.
As a fitness professional, there is nothing more important to me than the clients I work with. Each program is individualized to the client (and/or group) to assist them in not only achieving but in exceeding their goals! I offer StrongBoard Balance group classes, bootcamp classes, in-home, online and on-site training.
I live in Georgetown with my husband and our two children, Lucas (age 3.5) and Olivia (age 1). I have a BA in Business and Human Resource Management and I am certified in First Aid and CPR/AED.
