Pilates has been a vital part of my life since the birth of my third child 8.5 years ago. Fitness has been my livelihood for ten years. I am the proud owne and senior instructor of Pilates Connection in downtown Somerville, NJ. It's a small, welcoming studio offering classic Pilates. We are fully equipped with traditional Pilates apparatus and also offer group mat classes in Pilates and Yoga.
