Phil Seagraves graduated from ITT Technical Institute with an Associates Degree in Drafting and Design Technology. Shortly after, his passion toward sports and exercise led him to Columbus State Community College where he graduated with an Associates Degree in Exercise and Fitness Science. In 2013, Phil focused on becoming an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and then became certified in TRX. Phil also is certified by TP Therapy in foam rolling and he is working toward a specialty certification through ACE for Sports Conditioning.

    I came to Phil at the beginning of the summer really struggling with my health and self confidence. Phil is really easy to work with and understands everyone's situations. He helps set goals for each person specific to their fitness level. He is always professional and personable when you need pushed. The classes are small 5-10 people with 3x3 circuits. These usually involve weight lifting and limited cardio exercises. Any time someone struggles with something, he helps explain how and why to do it in a specific way. He is also great at modifying exercises for injuries or strengthening. Phil is really knowledgeable in providing exercises and stretches in relieving discomfort after work outs. I've become a lot stronger and see a lot of changes from conditioning with Phil. I definitely recommend working with him.
