I enjoy a variety of fun activities on my free time which consists of working-out, traveling, hiking, running outdoors watching college football, spend time with friends, and family.     Phil has been instrumental to my continued rehabilitation for my knees! I have had one replaced and am soon going to have the second one replaced. The adaptations that Phil makes for me allows me to continue to work towards my goals of strengthening my knees as well as weight loss. He is a great guy to work with as he is spirited and always keeps me focused. Thanks Phil!

    Phil was instrumental in helping me combat the fat. He put together a rigorous workout for me and followed up with me on a regular basis. I was a remote client of his and I only wish I was able to take advantage of in-person sessions!

    I celebrated my 74 birthday by getting a trainer who would get me into the best shape possible. I have worked with Phil for the past quarter and I am impressed with the quality of training and the personal attention that he gives. Not only do I feel better, but I look better also and now I feel like 50. Go Phil! He uses manageable methods and is considerate of my needs and limits and I would encourage anyone that is considering a trainer it would be an error on your part if you fail to use Phil.

    I've been training with Phil for the past several months and have really enjoyed each of our sessions. He really cares about my personal fitness goals and creates fun, challenging and ever-changing weekly programs to assure that I meet those specific goals. I've noticed a dramatic change in the way my body looks and, most importantly, how I feel. He is passionate about what he does and wants nothing more than to see each one of his clients succeed.     It has been a great experience to have Phil as a personal fitness trainer.
    Working with Phil, I was able to go down a pants size and loose 15 pounds while still gaining lean muscle mass. He has helped me to develop a full body workout routine that will increase my strength, extend my flexibility, and trim inches around the waist line. Phil has also helped me to do a better job of monitoring my progress and motivating me to reach my goals.
