    My highest recommendation of Philip Search for those who are committed to results through the desire to embrace an enduring healthy lifestyle and general sense of well-being. I have achieved a 49-lb. weight loss and body toning during the course of a year of physical training, regular exercise, and balanced and sensible nutrition. I am gladly challenging myself to continue what I consider a life program that Philip has helped me chart. His client/partner dedication and infectious energy and enthusiasm are inspiring – even during tough workouts and occasional hurdles. The success I have experienced through his guidance, support, and genuine investment in my fitness and overall vitality has been an incredibly positive life change for me.

    Thanks to Phil, I know I can have a long happy and healthy life with my family. The knowledge he has given me, I can pass along to my children, my family and friends to ensure that they also have a healthy life. It is accountability and consistency, but it's also a lot of discipline and self choice. He gives us the tools for success but in the end it's up to us to use them.     I have worked out under Philip for 5 years and I can do things at 61 that I could not do at 18. Longstanding back pain disappeared shortly after I started with him and has not returned. My endurance and strength has improved immensely. I would recommend him to everyone who is serious about improving their health as well as their life!

    Philip is a great trainer. He pushes and won't let you give up. His style of training and level of knowledge on nutrition is very valuable. He helped me loss body fat while maintaing muscle mass. I would recommend him.
