The Peggy K Fitness Method is a fresh, customized non-impact exercise system that is appropriate for both beginners and experienced. Offering greater freedom of movement through safe and effective routines, the PKF Method seamlessly blends strength training, Pilates mat and yoga poses. With consistent practice, clients improve their posture while diminishing many aches, pains and stiffness they had attributed to “getting older”.
