Through Peggy K Fitness I offer a fresh, customized, non-impact exercise method that is appropriate for both beginners and seasoned exercisers. Designed for each individual’s needs, my method seamlessly blends strength and stretching using resistance training tools, Pilates mat exercises and yoga poses. My clients achieve greater body awareness, postural improvement and freedom of movement, while diminishing those pesky aches and stiffness often attributed to "just getting old". I find great satisfaction in helping my clients to work towards their goals of long-term fitness and health while they are actively aging and staying engaged in life.
