I have worked successfully with Paul over 3 years for weight loss, shoulder therapy after surgery and overall strength training. He is sensitive yet firm about the commitment to your goals. He's always professional and friendly. I plan to continue with him after the pandemic issues subside.

I am a Physical Education teacher and past Division 1 athlete that is now 60. I have known for some time even though I know how to work out--I have low motivation and make up excuses when I tried it on my own. Paul is reasonably priced and I wanted a good workout where I got cardio/weight-training together 3 times a week. Paul delivers my sessions great and I am noticing my strength and muscle tone improving. I am trying to eat better and want to lose weight too. Paul is prepared and I do different things and I like the mix-up. Paul is easy-going and has your total time as his priority.

Paul is an excellent physical trainer. He is accommodating to my body type, muscle in-balance, and active life style -- which focus on ballroom dancing, golf, and tennis. Paul's sessions are fun, enjoyable, and have helped me develop in a very positive manner. Scott Thomas 3-20-16

We just started working with Paul. My husband is going through a life change right now and Paul has been helpful as we are working on getting my husband's health back on track. My husband feels Paul genuinely cares about him, and I am very appreciative of how kind and understanding he is with my husband who can be quite stubborn. Paul wants to help get him fit and healthy and we have enjoyed working with him thus far and look forward to continue to work with him.
