Patti is simply the best! I look forward to every session and always leave feeling refreshed, energized and positive. The greatest thing about Patti is that she genuinely wants you to succeed. No matter where you are currently in terms of weight or fitness she puts together a plan that is tailored specifically to you. You never feel awkward or unable because she demonstrates at your level. There is nothing competitive or "superior" in her attitude, she is there to help you and help she does! She is very conscientious of avoiding injuries and improving any particular physical problems you might have. I really enjoy pilates, I think it is wonderful for balance, strength, mobility and stress but I love pilates training with Patti!!
I started working out with Patti in October 2004 and have worked with her 1-2 times each week since! She treats the whole person.... body and soul... she keeps me lean and balanced in all aspects of my life..she has so much knowledge and so much insight... and I couldn't live without her!
Patti is very attuned to what level you are physically and tailors your workout accordingly. I had an issue with my upper spine, and she carefully guided me in exercises that strengthened the areas that support my neck and modified exercises to protect my spine. As I improved, she ramped up the level of workout and my posture has improved as well as my strength. Patti is incredibly encouraging and has provided options to improve my nutrition as well as physical health. She has set up the studio to provide a very comfortable and positive atmosphere and is continually bringing in new equipment to keep the workouts fresh and updated. I can't wait to try out the new Corealign equipment. I would definitely recommend!
