Patricia Rzepkowski

Tricia Rzepkowski is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Trainer and degreed Nutritionist who has over 10 years of experience in national clubs, private gyms and home-based fitness facilities. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Health with a Minor in Exercise Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Tricia currently runs an in-home fitness and nutrition consulting practice geared toward women of all ages.
