I have been physically active all my life and a self taught strength trainer for family & friends during my telecommunications career. After leaving that life, earned my personal training certification after working through a grueling 6 month program at the National Personal Training Institute. Now I am really helping people achieve their fitness goals and stay functionally active. I absolutely love what I am doing!!!
