Patricia is a fully certified STOTT PILATES Instructor-Specialist in Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning. Patti received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rosemont College and earned her Registered Nurse degree from Atlantic County Comunity College. Patti instructs on a highly individual basis. She incorporates her nursing degree, her Pilates Specialization, and an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology into her sessions. Patti has had specialized training in working with clients with injuries and "special populations". Being a Specialist in Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning, Patti is proficient in tailoring exercise programs to her client's individual needs. Her varied background enables her to work with cients with a wide variety of conditions such as multiple sclerosis, knee and hip replacements, scoliosis, osteoporosis, neck and back pain, has had intense training in spinal pathologies, rotator cuff issues, balance issues, disc disorders, spinal stenosis, psoariatic, osteo and rheumatoid arthritis, assessing and working to correct postural allignment issues, sciatica, movement and range of motion disorders and others. Her sucess with clients with Multiple Sclerosis has been amazing and documented. She has trained with P.J. O'Claire and Amanda Taylor, and a host of other STOTT PILATES professionals. She has had specialized training in the correction of scoliosis and spinal rotations from Karina Thek Lineback, author of "ScolioPilates, A Proactive Guide" among other texts. Patti has proven herself to be a truly dedicated and highly respected professional in her field.
